Skills:

-Having experience on Siemens Opcenter EXPH Installation Qualification, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.

-Support definition of integration of various hardware and software components Troubleshoot, manage re-work while testing.

-Experience in Automation, SCADA, Historian, MES & related Software projects over complete project delivery lifecycle

-Experience on Opcenter execution pharma (erstwhile SIMATIC IT eBR).

-Good experience of working on Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB (proficient level), SQL, MS SSRS query building & reporting template design.

-Support in definition of the overall solution architecture (HW, SW, Network)

-Upgradation, patching, hardware support, security and system access and provide technical expertise in implementing upgrades and patching.

-Interpret various recipe processes to conceptualize the design of electronic recipe, plan the logical & operational workflow, define data input & output, parameters

-Experience on Siemens Opcenter EXPH modules like User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense, PI Assembly.

-Analyze the customization functions and conceptualize the design and development

-Design various recipe processes, simulate and test

-Support definition of integration of various hardware and software components

-Troubleshoot, manage re-work while testing, validation activities
