Summary:

Telecom professional with 10+ years of experience in Oracle RODOD (CRM, AIA, OSM, BRM) and strong expertise in end-to-end product modeling.

Key Skills:

Deep expertise in Oracle CRM (integration, configuration, customization, implementation), strong experience in Order Management and solution design, hands-on with Siebel IP22.x, Digital APIs, RCOIS, product catalog migration, RODOD product design, and solid knowledge of 5G concepts and TM Forum APIs.

Product Modeling Expertise:

Mobility products (Voice, Data, SMS, Handsets), new product setup, complex bundles, catalog hierarchy, product changes, business rules, class/attribute hierarchy, differential & volume-based pricing, discounting, UI configuration, dynamic pricing, and product configurator setup.
