Certification: SIAM Foundation Mandatory

We are looking for passionate professionals to join our SIAM Centre of Excellence (CoE) team. If you have a zeal for designing new offerings, supporting organizational initiatives, and delivering SIAM projects with quality and timeliness, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic and tactical plans for ITIL/ITSM framework implementation across multi-vendor environments.
• Define and design Service Management solutions covering People, Process, and Tools.
• Build Service Management Implementation Roadmaps and deliver SIAM projects, due diligence, and assessments.
• Conduct gap analysis, requirements gathering, and consultative discussions with customers and suppliers.
• Develop functional specifications, onboard suppliers, and set up SIAM governance and performance reporting frameworks.
• Support SIAM CoE initiatives, offering development, and capability enhancement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and be a change evangelist.

Must-Have Skills

• SIAM Foundation Certification.
• Strong experience in Process Development, Process Engineering, and Process Consulting .
• Expertise in ITSM Architecture Design, RFP Solutioning, Transition, and Due Diligence .
• Pre-sales experience in Service Management.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management and strong negotiation capabilities.

Preferred

• Multi-vendor implementation experience.
• Experience in Service quality improvement through continuous process enhancement.
