Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include assisting customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored recommendations in wallcoverings, furnishings & floorings. The role requires achieving sales targets, demonstrating product knowledge, and building strong customer relationships. The Showroom Sales Specialist will collaborate with other team members to create an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom operations and a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Proficient in customer service and able to resolve queries effectively
• Experience in sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Familiarity with interior design concepts and products is highly preferred
• Enthusiastic and professional attitude with attention to detail
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent in a related field
