Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Sales Executive located in Chennai. The responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, showcasing a range of premium tiles, marble, granite, and bath fittings, and recommending suitable solutions. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service, and assisting in product selection. The Showroom Sales Executive will also contribute to maintaining the showroom's appeal and keeping it stocked with updated inventory.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Knowledge of premium tiles, marbles, granites, and bath fittings, or a willingness to learn about the product line.
• Basic computer knowledge for quotations, billing support, and sales records.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, architects, and designers.
• Basic proficiency in inventory management and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently as needed.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Prior experience in showroom sales or similar roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred for effective communication.
