Job Description

At HmAnAn, we are building an experience of home - layered, curated, and deeply emotional. And were looking for someone who can hold that experience together.

We are hiring a Showhouse Manager who will be the face, voice, and energy of HmAnAn.

This is not a back-end role.This is for someone who understands people, spaces, and storiesand can translate all three into meaningful interactions and measurable outcomes.


What will you do -

  • Lead the end-to-end on-ground experience at the showhouse
  • Conduct client walkthroughs with storytelling and intent
  • Drive sales for partner brands, converting conversations into business
  • Build and manage a strong client pipeline and follow-ups
  • Track leads, conversions, and sales performance metrics
  • Coordinate with brands, vendors, and internal teams
  • Oversee inventory, product placements, and visual merchandising
  • Ensure the space is always styled, maintained, and presented to perfection
  • Support and manage events, showcases, and client engagements
  • Supervise and align on-ground staff and operations


What are we looking for -

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail/store management
  • (preferably luxury, lifestyle, or home dcor)
  • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to drive revenue and closures
  • Ability to understand client needs and recommend products/solutions accordingly
  • Experience in handling high-value clients and consultative selling
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who can host, engage, and guide clients with warmth and confidence
  • A strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and spatial awareness
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations, multitasking, and team coordination
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail


Skills required -

  • Experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, or space management
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, CRM tools, and scheduling software
  • Ability to track and analyse sales data, client interactions, and conversion funnels
  • Understanding of product positioning, pricing, and brand storytelling
  • Comfort with basic digital tools for reporting, communication, and coordination
