WERE HIRING: FOUNDERS OFFICE SHORT-FORM SCRIPT WRITER

This is a Founders Office role, meaning youll work directly with the founder to scale a 1M+ creator ecosystem and build content that reaches millions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and write 2535 high-quality scripts monthly for Instagram and other short-form platforms

Provide editors with specific B-roll links and visual-aid inputs to bring scripts to life

Analyse performance data and adapt writing approach based on audience response

Work collaboratively with editors to ensure a smooth content production workflow

Manage the script-to-publication process end-to-end

Daily workflow: approx. 34 hours writing + 34 hours production support

Create efficient systems to consistently meet monthly deliverables

Occasionally interface with clients to discuss content strategy and requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

12 years experience creating content for creators, brands, agencies, or personal platforms

Proven work with measurable engagement metrics or performance outcomes

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong research ability and instinct for identifying trending topics

Excellent writing skills without over-reliance on AI tools

Ability to use LLMs strategically for thinking and trend discovery, not to replace original writing

Deep understanding of visual storytelling and how scripts translate to video

Strong hook-writing and audience retention instincts

Experience analysing performance data and evolving content strategy

Portfolio showcasing writing quality and engagement results
