Shopper Marketing Leader

Job Description:

Role-

• Shopper Marketing Leader for CBG in India – for all CBG brands across Channels.
• Understands the brand and portfolio strategy and translates them into programs across channels.
• Ensures that consistency of brand / portfolio strategy is carried out while executing programs across channels.
• Manage a team of shopper marketers working for different channels / customers.

Responsibility-

• Timely roll-out of Quarterly calendar across all 3 channels.
• Develops a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns.
• Leads the creation, execution and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for a specific group of shoppers.
• Evaluates the financial viability of various marketing tactics including promotions and displays.  
• Working with Sales Channel Leaders on SOG (sources of growth).
• Lead data analytics and identify opportunities for growth.
• Identify trends across channels and build relationship across channels.
• Manage agencies supporting program development.
• Manage team of shopper marketers – train / guide them.
• Co-ordinate with Category Development Marketers and Salles Leaders for effective realization of opportunities.

Accountability-

• Achieve Sales for CBG portfolio through effective programs.
• Gross Margin achievement.
• Budgets – admerch and BTL.
• Timelines and quality of programs.

Desired Profile:

• MBA in Marketing from a reputable college.
• 10 to 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in CPG marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leadership role.
