Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Shopify and Order Management Systems (OMS) to drive end-to-end functional testing across digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in eCommerce, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience managing complex system integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for eCommerce and OMS platforms
• Perform functional testing across the complete digital commerce lifecycle
• Validate order lifecycle processes, including:
• Order creation, validation, and orchestration
• Payment authorization, capture, refunds
• Inventory allocation and Available-to-Promise (ATP)
• Order routing, fulfillment, and shipping
• Invoicing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges
• Test integrations between Shopify, OMS, WMS, Payment Gateways, Tax Systems, ERP, and Logistics Providers
• Drive defect triage meetings and ensure timely defect resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end test coverage
• Lead and mentor QA team members, ensuring best QA practices
• Participate in release planning and support production validation
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure quality deliverables

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in QA Functional Testing
• Strong expertise in eCommerce domain and Digital Commerce testing
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and OMS platforms
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end order management workflows
• Experience testing complex system integrations
• Proven ability to lead QA teams and testing initiatives
• Strong experience in defect management and triage
