Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Shopify Developer supporting Avinci Ltd.s e-commerce operations based in London. The role focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing the companys Shopify store to improve user experience, performance, and online sales.

You will customize themes, implement new features, support integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the website runs smoothly across devices. The role involves close remote collaboration with marketing, catalog, and operations teams to support product launches, campaigns, and conversion improvements.

This opportunity is suitable for junior developers, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals interested in e-commerce technology and fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and maintain Shopify themes based on business requirements
• Implement and configure Shopify apps and third-party integrations
• Optimize website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Shopify platform
• Support landing page creation for campaigns and product launches
• Implement SEO best practices within Shopify structure
• Ensure website functionality, security, and user experience standards
• Collaborate remotely with marketing and e-commerce teams

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate experience in Shopify development
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid
• Familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and store configuration
• Understanding of e-commerce best practices and responsive design
• Basic knowledge of SEO implementation is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Any Bachelors degree. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is an advantage but not mandatory
• Interest in fashion e-commerce or retail technology is a plus
