Shopify Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify Developer located in Coimbatore. The Shopify Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Shopify-based e-commerce solutions. Responsibilities include customizing Shopify themes, optimizing performance, integrating third-party apps, and ensuring user-friendly interfaces. The developer will also collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create enhanced customer experiences, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and Shopify updates.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Shopify development, including Shopify Liquid templating and theme customization
• Front-end development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Experience with third-party Shopify apps and APIs, including app integration and configuration
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and web analytics
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Capability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and independently manage projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience with SEO optimization and UX/UI design is a plus
