Role: Full time + Onsite

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and manage all shoots including Static shoots, video shoots, reels and on-ground content.
Work closely with brand managers, content creators, designers, videographers and clients to understand shoot requirements and deliverables.
Create and manage shoot schedules, call sheets, shot lists and timelines.
Coordinate locations, props, equipment, permissions and logistics.
Overlook and supervise the shoot on-ground to ensure the execution goes exactly according to the plan, creative brief and timelines.
Ensure all creative and brand guidelines are followed during shoots.
Manage on-set execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Handle last-minute changes, troubleshooting and problem-solving on shoot days.
Organise and track footage, photos and deliverables post-shoot.
Ensure deadlines are met and assets are shared with the relevant teams.
Maintain clear communication between all stakeholders before, during and after shoots.

Preferred Qualifications:

13 years of experience in content production, shoots, creative agencies or media environments (freshers with strong organisational skills are welcome).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple teams.
Understanding of social media, content formats and creative workflows.
Familiarity with production workflows, cameras, lighting or editing tools is a plus.
Willingness to work on shoots that may happen outside standard office hours when required.
