Experience : 2 - 4 Years
Role Overview
- Deliver superior customer experience through accurate, timely, and defect-free documentation.
- Adhere to SOPs and deadlines (e.g., vessel cut-offs) to prevent claims, penalties, or legal issues.
- Understand country-specific processes and account requirements to meet productivity and quality targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle documents within agreed timelines with zero defects.
- Provide accurate, detailed, and complete information on the first attempt.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to build confidence.
- Address queries, clarifications, and amendments promptly.
- Identify process gaps and collaborate with team leaders for efficiency improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization.
- Assist in new process migrations and organizational changes as per guidelines.
- Ensure smooth implementation of migrations and meet targets.
- Uphold company vision, values, and ethics through professional conduct.
