•Plan Vs Actual monitoring on shift basis
•Manpower deployment on shift basis
•Hourly production monitoring
•Aligning team for critical deposits shift wise with CFT
•First part approval
•RM & PM arrangement for the next shift
•Conducting and supervising T2 and T-1
•Training for contract worker on safety, quality & productivity
•Skill matrix updating for the shop floor crew.
•Ensuring on job training documents for all permanent & contract employees
•Operator leave management
•Operator performance management & compiling in work-day
•OT management & control
•DPR accuracy
•Monitoring & improvement of yield in respective value streams
•Customer specific CTQ understanding
•Scrap reduction & elimination
