Key Responsibilities

Manage staff during the shift

Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks

Ensure smooth outlet operations

Handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards

Ensure team follows brand SOPs

Support sales targets and daily performance

Requirements

24 years experience in QSR / Restaurant / Caf

Good communication and team handling skills

Customer-focused and well-groomed

Able to handle rush hours calmly
