Role : Shift Operations Manager / Shift Coordinator / Process Plant Engineer - Mining / Mineral Processing Plant

To lead and control the shift wise operation of mineral processing plant. Responsible for achieving the business targets for the processing plant.

To lead the shift wise operation of the plant ensuring smooth operation in accordance with the standard operating procedures and prepare the shift report.
To achieve the targeted availability and utilization of the plant. Monitor, control, and supervise the complete operation of the plant during the shift
Troubleshoot the issues that emerge during the shift operation. Communicating and coordinating within the departmental and other department of the company.
Perform risk assessment and ensuring compliance with the safety standards and electrical safety requirements during the work.
Identifying and implementing the scope of improvement at workplace to enhance the productivity of the plant and reduce cost.
To enhance skill of the staff and maintain the safe and positive work culture.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering/Mineral Engineering / Metallurgy

Experience as Shift Operation Manager for Minimum 5 -7 years
