·       Direct the production technicians and facilitate to produce the production as per plan given by Planning Manager

·       Interact with Stores to receive desired RM , additives & packing bags from warehouse for daily consumption on lines

·       Ensure the Quality of product produced as per desired process & test parameters and achieve RFT

·       Collaborate with plant maintenance team for PM, BD, change over of screw if required

·       Reduce wastage, scrap during production

·       Record production per shift, wastage generated & consumed,

·       Ensure process parameters setting of each lines as per SOP of grade being produced

·       Analytical approach, excellent planning & man management skills

• Knowledge of SAP / ERP
• Get the work done through created SOP’s from team

First time pass Yield, CPk, OEE, Kg/ Man, Prod. Cap. Utilization, WIP Generation & consumption, Inventory loss, Non moving & Slow moving stock liquidation, grinding & rework of WIP lumps,  Training to Employees, Reduction in Change over time, 5s,

Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering Graduate / Diploma / CIPET with any reputed organization

·       Engg. Polymer Compounding extrusion production process  

·       Quality control processes of PC/ alloys Compound,

·       Excellent Communication skills, interpersonal skills, cross functional collaboration capabilities, man management

·       Position holder should be able to meet deadlines as per plan

·       Sound knowledge of Engg. Polymer compounding extrusion processes controls, feeders, Conveying system Automation, working with less labour

·       Change over management

Required:

·       Kaizen, TQM, ISO documentation, process Safety, audits

·       A collaborative mindset for inter and intra departmental coordination.

·       8D reporting for failures, FMEA, CPk, OEE calculations, efficiency data, yield calculations, customer complaint management

Desired: 

·       Candidate from polymer compound manufacturing industry is a must
