Job Description
Handling of customer calls
Customer Call Resolution as per Process KPI's & customer SLA.
Work closely with the support Team (CFM / TAC) for resolution of escalated backhaul issues.
Drive quality initiatives to continuously improve the services & product.
Work for new product development & technology enhancements
Drive the deployment of customer projects as well as Teleport projects along with the Teleport team
Ensure 100% process compliance for Processes & Management practice
