Shift Chemist - QC - Nandesari

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Testing Procedures (STPs).
• Ensure accurate titration procedures and implementation of test methods.
• Conduct instrumental analysis of raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and in-process samples.
• Manage test reports and integrate with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory instruments (e.g., UV Spectrophotometer, Auto-titrator).
• Coordinate and manage internal audits and ensure adherence to ISO documentation standards.
• Maintain retained samples and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Prepare volumetric solutions and bench reagents.
• Perform final sampling and analysis of finished products and dispatch materials.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules for instruments.
• Conduct daily and monthly calibration of laboratory equipment.
