  • Shell Scripting(must) AND
  • Exposure to Unix troubleshooting AND
  • SQL Database. AND
  • Production Support
  • One of the following RDBMS environments: Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle or DB2
  • Good communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem to help drive solutions.
  • Problem solving in a production environment, including experience observing patterns, analyzing root cause and suggesting ideas to resolve issues

Good-to-Have
  • Knowledge in GS specific skills – AutoSys, AppHero, Slang and KeepAlive
  • Experience in the Financial Service Industry
