JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to lead the development of a modern, responsive intranet site using SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint out-of-the-box features, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), and React.js, along with experience integrating Copilot Studio for AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom components using SPFx, React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Fluent UI).

Leverage SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features for site structure, navigation, and content management.

Implement responsive design principles for optimal performance across devices.

Integrate Copilot Studio and AI-driven agents into the intranet experience.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional components.

Ensure best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment.

Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development.

Strong proficiency in SPFx, React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Hands-on experience with CSS libraries (Bootstrap, Fluent UI, Tailwind CSS preferred).

Deep understanding of SharePoint out-of-the-box features (web parts, lists, libraries, permissions).

Experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI integration platforms.

Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Graph API, and Power Platform.

Knowledge of deployment processes and code lifecycle management using GitHub or similar tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Knowledge of PnP libraries and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
