Position: SharePoint Lead (TechnoFunctional)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Lead (TechnoFunctional) to manage, enhance, and support a portfolio of SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions supporting Pharmacovigilance (PV) operations. The role involves system administration, access management, vendor coordination, Power Apps/Power BI support, governance, and end-user enablement.


Key Responsibilities


SharePoint & Power Platform Administration

  • Build, manage, and provide continuous support for PV-related SharePoint sites .
  • Perform access and membership management for SharePoint sites and R&D distribution lists.
  • Provide governance, training, enhancements, and maintenance for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, WI, and audit requirements.


Application Support & Operations


  • Manage and support the following applications and dashboards:
  • LIDA SharePoint solution (vendor coordination for new page creation)
  • LULU Power App (oversight tool)
  • LULU Power BI Dashboard & Paginated Reports
  • Rey Power App (country-wise reporting)
  • Safety Information Communication (SIC) Power App
  • Nomination App Power App for Safety Officer and QPPV nominations
  • IPV Dashboard Power BI Dashboard
  • PV Contact Overview Dashboard
  • Annex C1 & A3 Logbook Power Automate workflows


System Administration & Incident Management


  • Perform day-to-day system administration , workflow configuration, and user management.
  • Handle L1 and L2 support , service requests, and problem management through the ITSM tool.
  • Coordinate with vendors (Insife) for L3 support and track vendor tickets.
  • Manage incident, change, and release communications with stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and maintain documentation and audit trails.


Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with SaaS vendors for platform availability, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and user manuals.
  • Provide end-user training and adoption support.

  • Experience in regulated environments (GxP preferred)
