Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Architect to design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online, On-Premises, or Hybrid) that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint architecture, governance, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture:
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documents (logical and physical designs).
• Design solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Information Architecture:
• Plan and implement site hierarchies, content types, metadata, and security models.
• Establish governance and compliance standards for SharePoint environments.
• Environment Assessment & Optimization:
• Evaluate existing SharePoint environments and recommend improvements for performance, usability, and governance.
• Deployment & Configuration:
• Oversee installation, configuration, and deployment of SharePoint environments and custom solutions.
• Migration & Integration:
• Lead or collaborate on data migration projects from legacy systems or on-premises to SharePoint Online.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HR systems, Azure services) using APIs, PowerShell, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Development Governance:
• Manage code repositories, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in development and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture and development.
• Expertise in SharePoint Online , SharePoint On-Premises , and Hybrid environments .
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting , API integrations , and enterprise system connectivity.
• Experience in information architecture , security models , and governance frameworks .
• Hands-on experience with data migration strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator / Architect or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations .
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
