Job Description:

Administer and support SharePoint Online sites, site collections, and permissions utilizing existing best practice scripts
Monitor Orphan users utilizing ShareGate
Perform daily operations reporting utilizing different tools across ShareGate and PowerBI
Monitor workflow health across Nintex and Power Platform
Implement governance standards, user policies, and best practices for site creation, naming conventions, and content lifecycle
Monitor site health, storage, and performance; troubleshoot access, configuration, and synchronization issues
Oversee term store management, content types, and metadata consistency (not in place today, but over time will enable)
Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and feature enablement
