Role: M365 Offshore Lead

Experience: 6-15 years

Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru

Required Technical Skill Set: Office 365 Administraion / MFA/Azure/Exchange Online / MS Teams/ Exchange 2013 /ADFS / ADConnect

Must-Have:

1. M365 Tenant and application administration
2. Service Management and Monitoring
3. M365 Security and compliances
4. DirSync issue Troubleshooting
5. MS Teams Collaboration & Troubleshooting
6. One Drive For Business administration
7. Governance and Evergreen releases
8. SharePoint Online Administration
9. Task automation through PS scripts
10. Migration and Implementation of On-prem workload to M365 cloud

Good-to-Have:

1. Planning, designing and Implementation of M365 services
2. Knowledge on Migration of Messaging and collaboration workload from on-prem to Online
3. Knowledge on migration tools like Quest-on-Demand, Bittitan, Skysync etc.
4. Smart trouble shooting skill
5. Knowledge on enterprise Mobility like End-Point Manager
6. Ability to work with solution architect for technical solution
7. Ability to manage multiple tenants
8. Good knowledge in ITSM tools like ServiceNow
9. Good communication and articulation skill
10. Flexible in shifting duty / Flexible in relocation
