Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Shadow Teacher role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Shadow Teacher will provide one-on-one support to students, working closely with them during classroom activities to enhance their learning, focus, and engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson implementations, supporting individualized educational goals, fostering effective communication with students and teachers, and ensuring the students inclusion in a classroom setup. The Shadow Teacher will also monitor progress and closely collaborate with other educators to ensure the success of the student.

Qualifications

Skills in Lesson Planning and creating tailored academic strategies
Strong foundation in Education and Teaching principles
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Training skills to foster positive behaviors and learning techniques in students
Patience, empathy, and adaptability to work with students with diverse needs
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Experience in teaching or working with children in a similar capacity is preferred
