As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions that leverage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will work along with the guidance and direction of Senior SFMC BA, and with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and develop workflows that streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will assist with the implementation and testing of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure that systems are running smoothly.
Primary Skill
s:Get directions from Senior SFMC BA and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Design workflows that leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud features to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business needs, including email campaigns, journey builder, audience segmentation, and reporting.Test and validate new Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards.Provide ongoing support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and trends, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions.Participate in cross-functional projects and work with other teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions with other systems and applications.Secondary Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and administration.Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional specification development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, data management, and audience segmentation.Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, or Developer) are preferred but not required.
