SFDC Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures.
  • Develop and maintain technical design documents and solution blueprints.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, including coding best practices and security protocols.

• Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and configurations.
  • Oversee data migration and integration activities to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to implement custom applications and features.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and Salesforce guidelines.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies to incorporate into solutions.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss technical solutions and provide recommendations.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system defects.
  • Implement and oversee monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure system performance and reliability.

• Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
