JD-● Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
● Need hands-on SFDC developer with strong experience in SFDC and on Experience Cloud that requires a combination of LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, LWR/Experience Cloud and API integrations.
● Experience with Salesforce Knowledge Management and integration with Experience Cloud.
● Must have worked on creating a customer success portal using Experience Cloud.
● Ensure availability of the Force.com platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issues.
● Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
● Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.
● Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platformAbout Company
