SFDC Admin-Functional-Topcon

Salesforce Administrator that is more functional in nature and can elicit requirements from the business and produce functional specifications while being able to communicate effectively with the development team. 

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce BSA, Business Systems Analyst, or IT Functional Lead.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical and functional documentation.
• Strong experience producing functional specifications, user stories, and use case–based test documentation.
• Hands-on Salesforce functional experience.
• Excellent communication skills with both business stakeholders and development teams.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Ability to align working hours to support collaboration with a U.S. West Coast (California) business team, with availability through at least noon PST.
