Role Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Senior SFCC Full Stack Technical Support Lead to drive support operations, lead a technical team, manage customer communication, and ensure delivery excellence across SFCC front-end and back-end solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SFRA, Business Manager operations, ITSM processes, and release management.

Key Responsibilities

1 SFCC Full Stack Support

  • Lead both front-end (SFRA/UI) and back-end (server-side JS, Business Manager) operations.
  • Deliver enhancements, custom features, and issue resolutions.
  • Handle Controllers, Services, Forms, PDP/PLP modifications, and storefront functionalities.
  • Manage Business Manager setups such as promotions, content assets, slots, preferences, jobs, workflows, and catalog operations.

2 Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of SFCC developers and support analysts.
  • Review tickets, monitor code quality, and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA, Architecture, and UX teams for seamless delivery.
  • Provide effort estimation, risk management, and team guidance.

3 Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
  • Manage requirements, communication, escalations, and expectations.
  • Advise customers on SFCC best practices and platform capabilities.

4 ITSM & Release Management

  • Work within Incident, Problem & Change Management processes.
  • Oversee build, deployment, versioning, and release activities.
  • Ensure documentation compliance and coordinate with platform support teams.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues across environments.

Required Technical Skills

Front-End

  • HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap
  • JavaScript, jQuery, JSON
  • SFRA-UI / SFCC-UI
  • (Optional) AEM-UI

Back-End

  • Deep knowledge of Business Manager
  • Server-side JS (Controllers/Models), Jobs, Services
  • Catalog management, Custom Objects, Preferences
  • REST and SOAP integrations

Tools

  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
