Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Minimum 4 – 6 End-End-To Implementations in EC and EC Time-off with valid certification in Employee Central module
2. Hands-on experience in Employee central payroll
3. Experience in Position Management, Data Models, Events & Event derivation, RBP, MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows
4. Understanding of Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types
5. Experience in SuccessFactors Integration Center
6. Excellent experience in reporting including story reports.
7. Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes
8. Experience in SuccessFactors Integration with EC Payroll and SAP HCM systems
9. Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
10. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
11. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
12. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and applications and suggest improvement areas.
13. Knowledge of other modules is an added advantage

Good-to-Have

1. Knowledge of Intelligence Services
2. < em>Experience in other modules including Core HR, Time and Attendance etc. is an added advantage.
3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements and support in presales
