Job Description :
- Good experience in IT asset management in ServiceNow ITAM domain
- Handson experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules SAM Pro HAM Pro
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Glide ApI.
- Experience with integrations using RESTSOAP APIs
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have Skills:
- Exposure to automation workflows for asset lifecycle
- Knowledge of cloud licensing and SaaS subscription management
- Experience with CMDB design and data integrity
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications SAMHAMspecific
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITAM best practices
