As a Services Specialist – General Operations and Support , you will be responsible for material movements which includes generating E-way bills (Rig/Vessel/Onshore), maintaining and managing inventory, documentation and record keeping for all services work related to HLB Bundle Services contract, Vashista LOFS, OIL Integrated Services work and RIL WH Services work.

As " Services Specialist – General Operations and Support " you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating with FSE Team & arranging space and Material Handling Equipment for unloading shipments (imports, offshore backloads).
• Opening packages and verifying of Tools & Equipment and tally the receipt against Commercial Invoice Package List.
• Reporting any miss shipments or damages.
• Segregating tools, equipment & spares and storage at designated storage area.
• Supporting in Goods Receipt Notes and update inventory sheets.
• Preparing/ stuffing of tools for operations as per Rig requirement.
• Ensuring proper stuffing & securing/lashing of Cargo in Offshore baskets & Containers for ferrying offshore.
• Preparing Coastal Cargo Manifest and getting approval from Client's Logistics & Stevedoring Team for loading on to Offshore Support Vessels.
• Applying Customs & Port Inward/Outward Permissions for offshore moment.
• Arranging local transport for offshore moment from Base to Port.
• Preparing Delivery Challans, E-waybills for any inward/ outward movement of materials and keep a track of the same to submit for GST returns& audits monthly.
• Following up for loading Tools on vessel at quay side and obtain acknowledgement copy of Cargo manifest from Client logistics Team.
• Intimating Offshore operations team about tools dispatch with Vessel details & ETA.
• Offloading, tallying and inspection of tools
• Updating inventory.

Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 10+2 or Equivalent.
• Have 4+ years of experience in Material/Vessel Coordination
• Have exposure of Working in ERP instances for logistics / materials / service organization.
• Be flexible to work additional days/hours where required and takes full Ownership and Accountability for the work assigned.
• Preferred to have Warehouse / Yard Experience.
