As a Services Specialist - Customer Order and Financial Fulfillment, you will be responsible to support the process from order acceptance, through execution and delivery. You will oversee and collaborate with Operations team in project cost capturing, controlling and analysis

As "Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment" you will be responsible for:

• Documenting the execution and delivery of orders that have been formally accepted
• Controlling cost throughout project execution and collaborating operations/project team to build opportunities for margin expansion
• Liaising with the commercial team to contract handover and create contract/project in ERP system
• Raising Purchase order requisition for ordering parts/spares/3rd party services
• Analyzing and reviewing bi-weekly cost versus bid budget with Operations/Project Managers
• Preparing and submit pre-approvals monthly billing and work with the customer to resolve issues to achieve financial targets
• Submitting tax invoices and back-up documentation for cash collection with the application of various revenue recognition rules
• Monitoring project status, and work with operations to ensure on time delivery
• Meet customer reporting requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in commerce/finance/accounting
• Have minimum of 4 years experience in project accounting/contract management/cost controlling preferably in Subsea O&G Services
• Have knowledge of services operations, and project billing
• Have in-depth knowledge and experience in using ERP system with MS Excel skills is an added advantage
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including English language proficiency
• Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
