ServiceNow UI Developer (UI Builder / React)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talentedServiceNowUI Developerwith strong expertise inUI BuilderandReact.jsto design and develop modern, user-centric interfaces on theServiceNowplatform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building custom portals, workspaces, and widgets, integrating front-end components withServiceNowdata models and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and developcustom UI experiencesusingServiceNowUI Builder,Service Portal, andNow Experience Framework.
• ImplementReact.jscomponents within theServiceNowenvironment to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Work closely withServiceNowarchitects and back-end developers to integrate UI components withServiceNowdata and workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• EnsureUI performance optimization, accessibility, and adherence to design best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related defects or performance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latestServiceNowreleases, UI Builder enhancements, and front-end development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ yearsof hands-on experience inServiceNowdevelopmentwith focus onUI/UX customization.
• Proven experience working withServiceNowUI Builder,Now Experience Framework, andWorkspaces.
• Strong proficiency inReact.js,JavaScript (ES6+),HTML5,CSS3, andBootstrap.
• Experience withServiceNowAPIs,GlideAjax, andserver-client data integration.
• Familiarity withService Portal,Catalog UI Policies, andWidgets.
• Understanding ofServiceNowarchitectureand data model.
• Experience withGit,JIRA, andAgile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNowCertified Application Developer (CAD)orServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA)certification.
• Experience withServiceNowNext Experience UI (Polaris).
• Knowledge ofServiceNowITSM,ITOM,HRSD, orCSMmodules.
• Exposure toREST API integrationsandServiceNowFlow Designer.
