Required Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Bangalore
You will be responsible for translating user stories and acceptance criteria into robust test cases using tools such as ATF, Tosca, and other performance testing frameworks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that complex software implementations are functional, reliable, and optimised for performance across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and integrations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software test engineering or development within an enterprise environment.
- At least 1 year of experience testing end-user facing applications.
- Conceptual understanding of software development practices and procedures.
- Experience with REST API testing and performance modelling.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple platforms and integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- Advanced training in agile, product, or software engineering methodologies.
