Experience:
• 7 to 8 years experienced in implementation/configuration of Service now platform in medium to large scale organization.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for interacting with customers and stakeholders for requirement gathering.
• Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow tool platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
• Implementations and enhancements of Service Catalog, Workflows, Flow designers, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge management and CMDB modules.
• Experienced in designing a Robust CMDB Following the CSDM Framework based on analysis of AS IS CMDB and ITSM Process, Field Mapping and Data Standardization,
• Implement Reports, Dashboards, KPI and Performance Analytics for different modules of ServiceNow.
• Manage ServiceNow Version Upgrading, Patching’s.
• Design and implementation of Service portal, widgets, Themes
• Integrate ServiceNow with other 3rd party tools using REST, SOAP web services and integration Hub.
• Good knowledge on configuring Chatbot, Virtual agent, ATF, Agent workspace, Flow Designer
• Strong knowledge on Non ITSM modules like ITOM, SPM(ITBM), ITAM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD.
• Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
• Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Consults with Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
• Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager.
• Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes.
• Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills Overview:
• Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
• Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
• Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.
• Understand full application lifecycle.
• ITIL Certified
• ServiceNow certified on CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITBM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SecOps, CIS-GRC, CIS-HRSD, CIS-DevOps.
• Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools
• Past work experience of ServiceN ow modules like lTSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, DevOps.
