Candidate to have fair understanding of service now table architecture. Admin level expertise is enough. 

 Good understanding of how the data is managed within tables and each field type significance and their dependencies. 

 Fair understanding of SAM module  

Tables involved, significance of critical fields and table inter dependencies 

 Should be able to understand how the SAM data is managed in service now and relevance of the same 

To be able to understand the downstream and upstream tagging of products. 

Understanding of transform maps and data upload techniques preferred.
