Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / ITBM ServiceNow. This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations.
Oversee project planning scheduling and execution to ensure timely delivery.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans reports and records.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Utilize expertise in ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / ITBM
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / ITBM
Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Show proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Have experience in the Hi-Tech domain (nice to have).
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Certifications Required
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred Varied modules ITOM a plus and ITSM
