Hiring for an IT company
Key Roles:
- 510+ years of ServiceNow experience; 4+ years in SPM/PPM.
- Strong functional understanding of:
- PMO processes
- Project lifecycle management
- Agile & SAFe delivery
- Application Portfolio Management
- IT financial planning & budgeting
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Demand, Project, Resource, Agile, Financials
- APM (Capabilities, Tech Portfolios, Application Lifecycle)
- Roadmaps & OKRs
- Strong JavaScript & Glide development experience.
- Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow certifications:
- CSA (System Administrator)
- CISSPM / CISPPM
- CAD (Application Developer)
- Experience with:
- SAFe / Agile frameworks
- Jira / ADO integrations
- Financial Management & Cost Modeling
- Performance Analytics
- Experience working with PMO, CIO Office, Enterprise Architecture, and Finance teams.
