ServiceNow SPM Architect

Experience: 68 Years (SPM/ITBM: 4+ Years)

Compensation: 3035 LPA

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow SPM solutions. This role will drive alignment with organizational strategy, enforce best practices, and deliver scalable portfolio, program, and project management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Define and design end-to-end ServiceNow SPM architecture across Demand, Project, Resource, Financial Planning, and Agile modules

Design scalable workflows, data models, and integration strategies aligned with business objectives

Implementation Leadership

Lead end-to-end SPM implementations following ServiceNow best practices

Provide technical governance across configuration, scripting, and integrations

Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct architecture and requirement-gathering workshops

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment

Governance & Optimization

Enforce design standards and ensure platform performance and scalability

Optimize dashboards, reporting, and analytics for executive decision-making

Documentation, Training & Pre-Sales

Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and training materials

Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution demonstrations


Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

8+ years of ServiceNow experience with 4+ years in SPM/ITBM

Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations

Deep understanding of ITIL, portfolio governance, resource planning, and financial analytics

Certifications

ServiceNow CSA (Mandatory)

CIS-ITBM / SPM Specialist

CAD Certified Application Developer

ITIL Foundation

Soft Skills

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)

Integration experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB

Exposure to pre-sales and solution consulting
