Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow CMDB/Core and ServiceNow Integrations. Deep expertise in designing and implementing complex integrations across enterprise systems is required. This role will lead technical design, ensure best practices, and drive innovation in extending ServiceNow capabilities for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

• Develop highquality solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and other platform components.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, conduct code reviews, and enforce ServiceNow standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact platform enhancements.

Integrations

• Architect, design, and implement complex integrations using:
• REST/SOAP APIs
• JDBC
• MID Servers
• Integration Hub
• Transform Maps
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure secure and reliable data exchange.

CMDB, Discovery & Mapping

• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, and Service Mapping.
• Establish governance and best practices for CMDB data quality and lifecycle management.

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize ServiceNow instance performance, scripts, queries, and platform configuration.
• Conduct performance analysis, tuning, and health checks.

Reporting & Analytics

• Strong knowledge of Performance Analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization on the platform.
• Develop dashboards and analytical solutions to support business insights.

Security & Governance

• Implement ACLs, security controls, and access governance.
• Work on global platform scalingaccess, governance, and controlled customizations.

Platform Experience

• Hands-on experience across:
• ITSM
• Portal / UI / UX
• ServiceNow Mobile
• Reporting & Analytics
• Upgrades and version management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, Integration Hub).
• Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
• Solid scripting and customization skills (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience with Performance Analytics and reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to conduct research and build POCs on emerging features.
• Experience with performance tuning, security controls, governance, and global platform design.
