Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Security Incident Response (SIR) .
Key Skills
- 4+ years in SIR (primary requirement); 8+ overall exp
- Experience with ITSM, GRC, and basic SecOps
- JavaScript, Flow Designer, integrations (REST/SOAP)
- SIR workflows, playbooks, and SIEM integrations
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance SIR implementations
- Build workflows, automation, and integrations
- Support Incident, Problem, Change & CMDB
- Troubleshooting, platform maintenance, documentation
