Job Description:-

We are seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and SaaS integrations . This hands-on role focuses on configuring, customizing, and optimizing SAM solutions to ensure license compliance, cost optimization, and SaaS visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM applications
• Develop automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting
• Build and support integrations with SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Adobe, AWS)
• Configure discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and license models
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, MID Server
• Write ATF test cases and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with IT, procurement, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SAM experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML/CSS
• Experience with CMDB, APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server
• Knowledge of software licensing, compliance, and SaaS optimization
