Job Description :
- Candidate must have 7 years of overall ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on design development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules Incident Problem Change CMDB Asset
- Well versed with ServiceNow scripting
- Candidate must have 2 years of ServiceNow CMDB Asset Management experience
SAMPro Implementation experience
- Exposure to licensing publisher packs
- Detailed understanding and oversight of data sources for inventory usage contract entitlement and data maintenance user management and enablement data integrity compliance analysis renewal milestone calendaring and innovative reporting solutions
- Must have good communication skills
