Job Description
Technical Competency
- Experience in development and implementation of the ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Integration experience including but not limited to SCCM or other software discovery tools.
- IT asset management and discovery tools experience
- Experience in ServiceNow Orchestration and Performance Analytics
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
- Experience interpreting licensing terms and conditions
- Facilitate business needs on selected products to ensure that maintenance, support, and upgrade protection renewals are managed/handled/ordered in advance of their expiration
- Experience in business process management
- Experience in interpreting and designing complex workflows
- Experience in reconciling software license positions
- Experience in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML
- ServiceNow Software Asset Management training
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Behavioral competency
- Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
- Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively
- Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
