Job Summary
Binmile Technologies is expanding its ServiceNow and IT Services portfolio and is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Services or SaaS Sales.
This role is ideal for professionals with proven B2B sales experience who are interested in building expertise in ServiceNow sales. Prior hands-on ServiceNow sales experience is not mandatory. Training and organizational support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT Services and ServiceNow solutions
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs and challenges
- Conduct discovery calls and initiate solution discussions with stakeholders
- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to position appropriate solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, commercials, and basic SOWs
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM data
- Stay updated with IT Services trends, SaaS offerings, and ServiceNow capabilities
- 45 years of experience in IT Services Sales or SaaS Sales
- Experience working in a service-based IT organization
- Strong B2B sales and account management exposure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose business-aligned solutions
- Target-driven and self-motivated professional
- Interest in building specialization in ServiceNow sales
