ServiceNow Release Coordinator

What success looks like in this role:

• Contributes expertise on complex or ad hoc engineering projects and programs requiring high levels of functional integration.
• Manages large cross-functional project teams.
• Leverages creativity and comprehensive processes, tools and software expertise to ensure resources are planned effectively, costs are maintained, and reporting is accurate and timely.
• Independently and creatively applies technical expertise to coach others and resolves complex issues.
• Drives decisions regarding technology solutions to complex issues within scope of the project or more broadly as required.
• Identifies and makes recommendations for technical and process improvements.
• Participates in and provides senior-level support to team and cross-functional projects.
• Defines, implements and consults on project management standards and processes for relevant teams or projects.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and at least 4 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
