Job Description:

Will provide ATF services by developing automated test cases for all existing enhancements and approximately 40 integrations, including CMDB and HAM, starting with a prioritized approach: integrations, ATF catalog items, HAM Pro and complete ITSM. Initial analysis of out-of-the-box integrations will be conducted to ensure coverage.

Responsibilities:

Identify critical test cases for regression coverage.

Develop ATF test suites for ITSM, HAM and Integrations.

Configure test steps for UI and API validations.

Schedule automated test runs for upgrades and cloning.

Maintain and update test scripts for new features.

Analyze test results and report defects.

Integrate ATF with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Provide documentation and training for ATF usage.

Monitor and maintain ServiceNow integrations (e.g., MID servers, API endpoints).
